Toads Breech, our two bedroom, dog friendly, Exmoor self-catering holiday cottage, is ideal for a family or couple wishing to enjoy the extra space.

Converted from a traditional Exmoor stone barn, Toads Breech is spacious and conventionally laid out with a wide two turn stair case leading to the first floor landing, bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs comprises of a hall, downstairs WC, sitting room and separate kitchen diner. There is a step down into both the sitting room and main bedroom. The cottage is surrounded by our fields with 180 degree views over both the valley and distant horizons.
